I also am interested in an electric pressure washer for smaller jobs, but I think I'd have to look at something in the $150 to $200 range. Did not see anything in the $100 range when I researched the subject and looked in Home Depot and Lowes.

Greenworks 1,600-PSI 1.2-GPM Cold Water Electric Pressure Washer
Lowes: $99
If you are a veteran you get 10% off this weekend.

I have one of these and it works great. Much easier and less heavy to move around than a gas version. You would think electric and water would not "get along" well, but I have had no shocking experiences in the three years I have owned it.

If you are an active duty or retired military you get a 10% discount year-round at Lowe's and Home Depot by showing your id card.

10% Only certain holidays.
5% discount all year with Lowes card.

Edit: I stand corrected:

Lowe's established the 10% Military Discount to support the men and women who are currently serving our country in the Armed Services1 and to honor Retired Veterans and VA Recipients.2 This 10% discount is also extended to the immediate family3 of those who are currently serving, Retired Veterans, or VA Recipients.

To qualify for the Everyday 10% Military Discount, you must:

Be currently serving in, or retired from, a qualifying branch of the Armed Services, or be the immediate family member of someone who is and have a valid military ID Card.

Or:

Be a veteran who receives VA benefits and have a valid Veteran Identification Card (VIC).

We honor all Veterans on three specific holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans Day. During these three holiday weekends, we extend the discount to all veterans who served honorably and who present a valid Form DD214 or other proof of service. The Lowe’s Military Discount is extended to the Veteran community on these three holidays only.

I had an electric pressure washer to clean my patio and brick walkway around the house of algae, mold and moss. With the electric one it took forever, water flow and pressure were too low. That electric pw finally broke and I bought a higher pressure pressure washer with a combustion engine in it with which I could clean those places in half the time. Still I had all that sand and dirt flying around, it was always a major effort and tiring.
Per a thread here, I read about Wet and Forget, which is some natural chemical. I bought it on the Home Depot website, sprayed it and in 1 month it is clean, no more moss, algae, mold on patio and walkway, and I did not do any real work. I simply mixed it in my 2 gal pump-up garden sprayer with water, wetted those places, forgot about it and it is clean. I needed to brush off some remnants of former moss. In case of your driveway, why do you not spray it with bleach in case it is concrete, then rinse it off with a hose?

Mine too, My wife picked one up at a garage sale that lasted many years with similar light use and the replacement seems to work well too.

When I was researching it before my last purchase one of the big differences between brands was the ability to get replacement parts. With some brands it was impossible to get any replacement parts so people were having to replace machines that were only a few years old because they could not get a simple replacement part.

I don't remember the model number but it is one of their more basic ones.

I'd still recommend gas. Just more powerful.
