That said, I've been following Scooby's advice for about 5-6 years, ignored the heavy lifting and other stuff that is beyond my interest or capability, and I've not only learned a lot of great stuff, but I am really physically fit for my age (mid-60s).
Every exercise contains detailed information and videos.
It's fun and it's free. Even the nutritional advice is really useful. I've lost weight, built muscle, and am in the best shape of my adult life.
There's a women's section, but it's small. The site is mostly aimed at young men. Scooby's videos get many thousands of hits--he's an icon, really.
