Have a question about your personal investments? No matter how simple or complex, you can ask it here.
I have invested into taxable accounts for a while now, mostly with the following allocation (sorry I know it is all over the place with a lot of funds)
Details: Married filing jointly, 28% Fed, 10.23% CA, no debt.
One time investment (before I turned to vanguard)
Fidelity Emerging Market - FEMKX - 2%
Fidelity Select Natural GAS- FSNGX - 1.7%
Matthews India Fund - MINDX - 2.5%
Matthews China Fund - MCHFX - 2.5%
Vanguard CA longterm Tax exempt VCITX - 31%
Vanguard Value index fund VIVAX - 4.4
Ongoing investments (Probably going to stop this and invest in backdoor Roth, as self and through spouse)
TRowe Price, Afirca/Middle east fund - TRAMX - 6.5%
TRowe Price, Latin America - PRLAX - 10%
TRoww Price, Asia - PRASX - 8.3%
Vanguard Emerging Markets - VEMAX - 10%
Vanguard European - VEURX - 3%
Vanguard Internation growth - VWIGX - 8%
Vanguard Midcap growth - VMGMX - 10%
Currently heavy on international, but with ROTH, I am thinking of going 50-50 US/International.
VEXMX or VMIGX 25%
VTSMX or VFINX 25%
VWIGX or VEIEX 25%
PRASX + TRAMX
PRASX + PRLAX 25%
PRLAX + TRAMX
Appreciate suggestions on which ones to choose, or other strategies you suggest. I don't want to go to be in bonds for a while (even if I do, I will probably go into munis in taxable accounts).

Probably better to post names not symbols
Do you plan to sell other funds
How much capital gains?
What AA do you want?
You seem to want an extremely aggressive portfolio
Hope this bumps you up
