2013 - 401k/Roth Maxed out already

hey bogleheads--

just curious on your advice:

emergency fund: 6 months maxed out (vanguard pmm)
401k 2013: maxed out
roth ira 2013 maxed out
zero debt -- just paid off student loans and have no cc debt

I cannot enroll in the hsa--I missed open enrollment. I am currently employing the 3 fund portfolio -- total stock, total bond and total international stock index funds.

Seeing as though its only February -- where should I look to sock extra cash in your opinion??

I-bonds
Taxable account
Commodities like new TVs, new Houses, new Cars.
It's all about short-term opportunistic rebalancing due to a short-term change in one's asset allocation, uh, I mean opportunistic rebalancing, uh I mean rebalancing, uh I mean market timing.
