Check out the "here" links at www.altruistfa.com/dfavanguard.htm

If the ETF isn't listed, then no reason to own it.
It's all about short-term opportunistic rebalancing due to a short-term change in one's asset allocation, uh, I mean opportunistic rebalancing, uh I mean rebalancing, uh I mean market timing.

You need to buy them through an advisor that is authorized to sell them. You might start at http://www.dfaus.com/

What about all the ETFs listed at that web site I posted? For example, what are the international large value ETFs that the web site listed?

Perhaps this will help http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Am ... aded_funds or confuse the issue more.
Or maybe http://etfdb.com/etfs/
