TLH Question

My understanding is that the 31-day requirement begins after you sell the depreciated share. Won't purchasing the beaten down stock, then sell the depreciated share of the same stock circumvent the 31-day rule?

Ah ... So 30 days before and 31 days after? Sigh ... I thought I'd found the free lunch!
