Why VFITX gained 0.09% but FIBIX fell by 1.3% today?

VFITX (Vanguard Interm-Term Treasury Inv) and FIBIX (Fidelity Spartan Interm Treasury Bd Idx Inv) are tracking the same intermediate term treasury - correct? A distribution of FIBIX took place today?

Do you know where to look at Fidelity to see if there was a distribution?

I know where to look at Vanguard. I had one today in a different fund. I saw it in the drop and on the distributions page for that fund.
