Get an energy audit first. Our 15 year old high end Pellas lost very little heat, but the area around the windows lost a lot.
Most of the heat loss was from the foundation, duct work and ceiling. |

Yes, both the premiums and the HSA contributions are above the line. An HSA is an IRA on steroids.
I would guess health care reform will remove most HSA benefits, so do it now. |
