I deal a lot with safes as a hobby of mine. If you're going to get a safe for burglary protection then make sure it is built well. They are a lightening rod for burglars so you must ensure they can survive an assault with commonly used tools. Expect to pay more for a good safe. Many safes you see in the stores are not well made unfortunately. When I lift my foot off of the brake, it squeaks also. Are you sure it is not your knee like mine is?Jim Squeaking when you lift your foot off the brake is an indication that the calipers are not releasing. For disc brakes, the calipers hold the brake pads. They close when you step on the brake pedal. If they get rusty, they won't release cleanly. The rotors are designed to throw the calipers open when the wheel starts turning. This isn't happening as it should. Without going into further detail, you need to take it to a mechanic to fix it. He/she will probably charge some $$ to take the caliper assembly apart and clean / lube. If you don't do this, the pads will wear prematurely, the rotors will get hot and reduce braking efficiency (long...

Great utube vidio, right now Im in walking distance from the Dolphin research and rescue center in grassy key FL, they really are amazingly intelligent. The staff was going to lift a wheelchair bound individual in with them via a special lift for doing that however last minute the individual chickened out( I know the person). I think the individual missed out as im still able to snorkle---Sombreo reef is truly AMAZING.

Not to be a bummer but I've seen alot of vacation spots going belly up in the FL keys over the last 2 yrs Ive vacationed there. Last year the place Im at right now had to close in the off season because it was costing -30 bucks a day just to keep the doors open and electriticy on, another place on the same MM jojos" closed. But the large chains are surviving. (sp)and there are a few more .gov services being put forward +(the erosion suppression on the roads).

There's absolutely no reason to even consider a VA for your 401k rollover, since the VA adds extra layers of cost while restricting the investment options available to you. And, to add insult to injury, VAs normally come with long surrender periods, so that you're stuck when you find out how lousy the VA investment is.
I don't know who recommended the VA to you, but I'd guess it was someone who will make a nice juicy commission for selling it to you. You really don't want to deal with someone who puts their interest before yours.

Here here to being 24. My trouble with the age is the ambiguous dating game and ambiguously aged women. You can eliminate married folk by looking for a ring, but you can't find out if they have a serious boyfriend or are under, say, 20 without having a chat. Meh. Perhaps I could just decide that those two criteria don't really matter.... Ryan Dude, that's why I'm currently pursuing the "cougar." I'm 24 like you, and my current peers are women in the law school I attend (thanks, but no thanks), and the beautiful undergrads, many of whom can't legally drink (thanks, but no thanks to the ticket for contributing to the delinquency of a minor). I'm allowed to take up to 6 hours outside of the law school as long as I can justify that t...

Signs your getting old, you have any to add...........
Having passed the great 1/2 century mark a few years back i've noticed i used to have extra periphial and purble*(see like a cat at night) vision in my 20s now i absolutly need glasses to read. :? .My hairline has receeded to the point of i feel like its all migrating south, and need to trim my ear/nose hair(eeeewwww) more often than get a hair cut  and its greying! Women say it looks distinguished but thats crap, they're all dying theirs! My patience is tried much more often by 20yr olds. S0 i have a great deal of respect for kids who have their '$hit together, about a week ago a kid with a kid(baby) in the back couldnt blow her horn because she had a ice cream in her hand in the car, thus avoiding a bumper bump. What h...

Just FWIW I changed EVERYTHING Recently in my car as I worked on cars throughout HS and college. I was looking for the PCV valve, advanced auto sold me one. I took it to the stealership, asked a service employee where it was after looking through a few diagrams myself.........He said he had the same car(MDX-Honda), HE"D never changed the PCV valve on his or any other in for service. Positive crankcase controlvalve=PCV, its usually cleaned easily by just flushing it with gas or a similar solvent, thats what I used to use that, or a carb cleaner........as for the other fluid I"D JUST keep it topped till after 100k. But thats me I really do not think its that much of a worry. Google toyo forums there out there . Good Luck!

We see these sorts of rationalizations every time international underperforms US for a while. Just as we see rationalizations in the other direction every time international outperforms. Ignore the noise and hold a constant 20-40% of your equities in international. It's Investing 101: holding and rebalancing between two asset classes with identical long term returns but imperfect correlations will result in higher returns than holding just one of the classes. You also have to understand that correlations between US and international are have constantly changed in the past. They'll run together for a year or two and then diverge wildly for a year or three. There is absolutely no good reason to suspect that this will change in the future. Go...

IMO, NO, BUT THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY for people younger that 55 to buybuybuy more equity positions as Adrian has alluded hes doing. As well as to learn how much risk is to much, like I have in my early twilight yrs. No im not crying im making the best of it but I do not have the time horizion needed to readjust my AA as people with a 30/40 yr time horizion do. Whats that saying a wise man learns from others mistakes, a smart man learns from his own and ...well some never learn. I forgot to keep my wallet in a ziplock plastic bag like last year and dropped it in the ocean(6inches of water) again this year, that makes me ----> want to kick myself!
