Roth 401k Confusion

I've been a lurker here for a short while, and finally decided to join and ask for opinions on Roth conversions (and other stuff). What I have: 1. Roth IRA - maxed out each year 2. Spousal Roth IRA - maxed out each year, non-working spouse 3. Civilian TSP - max matched when I was a civilian, no longer a fed 4. Military TSP - maxed out each year, with the possibility of adding as much as $32.5k each year in CZTE starting 2011 5. 401k - $29k from previous civilian employer 6. 401k Defined Contribution MPP - $42k from same previous civilian employer 7. 401k - $1k from spouse's when she was employed 8. 529 for child I have seen conflicting info on converting 401k to roth. Does the above info give a "sure" answer? I'm very good with ta...
