Re: Recommendations ~ Newbie Young Investor ~ High Income

I'd probably say I'm at 70/30 currently, and would like your input on the best portfolio to start with. I'm going to start with $50,000 and move more money in bimonthly. Re: SUV recommendations

I'm a Mopar fan, and love the latest Dodge Durango. It has the flip up 3rd row, but looks to be the same size as a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Once we get past kid #2, we'll be looking to step up.

At the end of the day, just say "No to Minivans!" :D

Re: Books that have actually changed your life, in a way.

Outside of Bogle Books

1) The Bible

2) Raising a Modern-Day Knight ~ Father/Parenting book. If you are a father, this book is an easy read and absolutely outstanding.

Re: Boglehead like real estate forum

I'm a REI and have just recently gotten in to other forms of investments. By far, the best RE forum on the web is http://www.biggerpockets.com Great resource for Landlords, property managers, etc... All grown ups, no junk, and no trolls. I can't say the same for fatwallet. Most on fatwallet seem to ...
