Re: Create laminated poster from a PDF: online or local vend

Briefly, thanks to all. Will check out sources mentioned soon. I do have the ability to print my own 11 X 14 sheets; and that size may be sufficient to my needs. Perhaps it would even be cheaper, if I needed a larger size, to print multiple 11 x 14 sheets, have each separately laminated, then just d...

Re: Create laminated poster from a PDF: online or local vend

Thanks for all the suggestions. For those who have at least ballpark figures for a PDF-to-Poster service, roughly how much does the service cost per unit at places you've mentioned. Although I'd be being one-off jobs, not bulk. And so don't expect any volume discounts. Doesn't much matter what poste...

Re: Create laminated poster from a PDF: online or local vend

For stuff like that I just go to Staples. You say "poster size" but you also say that your 8.5 x 11 is big enough for your needs. That's smaller than sny of Staples' "poster" options. Oops. I meant to say my laminator can only do up to 8.5 x 11. Definitely not poster size! I'll ...

Create laminated poster from a PDF: online or local vendors?

I have some things I'd like to print out poster size and have laminated. However: 1) I don't own a plotter (and don't intend to buy one!) 2) I don't own a laminator that can laminate large, poster sized plots. Not sure what dimensions specifically I need. Possibly in the neighborhood of 24 x 36; per...
