You should be contributing 10% and selling all shares as soon as you can. This is the equivalent of at least an extra 1.7% of you base pay. Easy money, so take it. Be disciplined and sell the share immediately and invest the proceeds according to your AA. +1 I started contributing to ESPP last year...
