I do not have a link, but know one or two banking institution lending offices and terms have become easier, as in less skin in the game for the purchaser. :? Will they never learn.

You cannot, right, your AA, timeline invested, and costs are the only thing you can control to a point. iirc when I was accumulating, all I did was dca it into the indexes I'd selected.

Thoughts? I did this once, only once. Luckily for me the RAV4 returned its sold purchase price less than 12months later. All to save 2mpg. Not worth it, IMO.
