There are people on ebay that clone over new Verizon prepaid phones. They don't say they are doing that but they remove the ESN sticker and replace it with a custom one.

The wife and I both have Nexus 4 on Straight Talk (AT&T). The Moto G is also a viable option but wasn't out when we switched to Straight Talk. If you are considering an iPhone get the 4s or higher. The iPhone 4 on iOS 7 made it slower than my 2011 mid level android phone (Motorola Triumph).

I am in Central Florida and have a Nest thermostat. During cooling we do 78 during the day, 75 at night and 84 setback if if it detects no one is home. Use to let the setback go as hot as possible but the overall comfort was less than the current settings. I haven't gone through a heating season yet...

I told the dealership the day I need a warranty on a Honda is the day I don't buy a Honda. Have owned many Honda's over 200k and even one with 400k. I would never buy a make that I had to seriously consider a warranty.

We do a $20 Chinese Christmas Gift Exchange at work. That didn't cost me anything this year. I am regifting a bottle of liquor I don't like that I won in a golf tournament. Work usually gives us $50 gift cards, they are really unnecessary, they already host (pay for) a really nice dinner with drinks.
