I use mint.com for a global overview of all accounts. I look at it on a weekly basis. I look at performance willy nilly. Mint.com also has some text notifiers that can give you an update if certain balances are reached or transactions over a certain amount.

I sell laptops only on Craigslist, you lose too much money via eBay due to eBay and PayPal fees. I probably replace my laptop every 1.5-2 years and sell the old one on Craigslist.

I have been using GoDaddy free email with domain purchase since 2003. It is no longer free for new domains but I would pay for it if I wasn't grandfathered. It has a tray app that notifies you of new email and provides access without inputting your credentials.
