sell emerging market bond and buy high yield bond ETF ?

last year i got some emerging market bond and it's up around 14% + 5% yield . I am not into timing but feel it's getting riskier . Would it be wise to sell it and buy high yield ETF like JNK ? is JNK less riskier compared to PCY ( emerging market bond) . This is inside my ROTH IRA .
