Inherited IRA overdraw

Hello,

One of my parents passed few years ago, and we have been required to take a RMD, however, we took out far more than the RMD, and now there is no longer enough for what is calculated due, can I just zero out the Inherited IRA, or how do I refund the IIRA from a taxable account?
