Thanks for all your advice. I cannot convince my mom to transfer the money from Putnam Traditional IRA to Vanguard. I need to move it to a low risk fund at Putnam. Does anyone have any recommendations on a Putnam fund?

I am 52 years old with a projected retirement of 65. I will be rolling over about $250,000 to a Vanguard Traditional IRA.

I would like to invest this in no more than 6 funds. Looking for input as to what Vanguard funds you would invest in and the dollar amount for each fund.
