I might not have it right but you can convert the 457/403b into a rollover ira- There is some advantage to the 457/403b over the 1ra in how it is protected. with a 457 state of new jersey plan the assets were considered part of the states assets until withdrawn. I was happy to transfer them to vanguard after retirement.

I used stainless flex pipe and got the special stainless clamps for it. they are very long and do a nice job. Look on line at places like sumit auto parts. I am sure there are premium pipes and clamps to do the job with it in place.

10kw portable, transfer switch wired to the panel and the genny converted to Nat gas. Conversion kits are on line and cost about 200. The quick connect and hose are a little costly ($100) I ebayed that. I figure if the genny punks out I can easily replace it in a shorter amount of time than the time...

The only thing that is odd is the gas regulator for 225. You already have a regulator on your gas line now, is this replacing the original, I don't believe you need a second and the first should be checked so that you get your 7"wc.

When I had the option it was better to do the paycheck debit. I think I bought 2.5yrs and I was allowed to spread the payments over 7 years. It locked the amount in and was less painless than other ways.

Get one of those pro phone call blocker v 2.2. Cheaply made and cost $50+ on ebay but it does work. They will get you once, and when they change their # but it helps.

What is the masters in? makes a big difference in where you go and what the cost is. Is it required, what is the return on the investment. If it is low as in education, then it doesn't matter what school you go to. A masters is a masters.

My wife's 457 was with the state of nj and all assets in the 457 were still considered part of the general assets of the state. I was very happy to move them to a rollover ira at vanguard.

I started to contribute after the first 14yrs. When I retired after 36yrs the bal was over 1mil. Now I am stuck with high taxes and having to roll it into a roth. My opinion is that it is a good thing at any time.

Use fabric softner and h20 or the home depot stuff after scoring it. Most ofter you have to repair wall or redrywall it. I would never wallpaper again.

Some types of accounts don't allow admiral shares. I had a 403b which is similar to 401ks and it was not allowed by the irs rules in the 403b. I had to do a rollover ira to change the share type. It was a Vanguard-managed account from the day i started it.

Not to get off the subject of price increases but if you want a SXS ref counter depth you should look at this now , as it is on sale. Samsung - 24.5 Cu. Ft. I bought a set of Panasonic KX-TG7534B DECT 6.0 PLUS for the landline. If i get a call that i don't want to get again, it allows me to use a block feature. Next time it receives a call from that number it rings once then gives the number a busy signal. It has been very effective.
