please excuse if this has been discussed; i havent been following board so if this has been discussed please refer me to thread.... daughter turned 26 this year; need to sign her up for new health insurance policy by end of yr; looked into COBRA it is way expensive $600 per month.... went to ACA web...

grad students usually get full tuition/health benefits as well as a stipend from the lab in which they are doing their phd work. monies could be from a fellowship or a research grant from nih, nsf, Dod.... i pay my phd students about 30K per year which may not seem like much but if your son's buddie...
