Vanguard can not provide account statement

For over 30 years Vanguard has mailed my statements with no problems. However now I do not receive them. It is not a local post office problem. My Flagship rep told me he will have the research desk look into it. My fear is that the statement is being mailed to some other client. Please let me know ...

Is this a wash sale?

Selling total international stock for a loss and buying FTSE all world ex usa. They do have different benchmarks.

EE Savings Bond Question

I have EE Savings Bonds issued June 1989, Ap 1991, Feb 1992 and
Jan 1993. Saving bond wizard shows 4% for the rate. I thought
they should be paying 6%.
Is 6% correct?

Thanks for you reply. The money in the taxable inflation protected securities is in the vanguard mutua fund so no phantom income. I do not want more than 15% in tax free bonds. The interest on the IPS is state tax free. Plus I never let taxes be the most important factor in making investment decisio...
