Best Guide to Selecting the Proper Health Insurance Plan

Hi guys, I have an opportunity to change my health insurance option this week. I have never spent the time to educate myself properly on the differences between all the options. Is there an in-depth guide/introduction that any of you would reccommend? I consider the Boglehead intro book a great guid...

Online Tax Software - Multiple State Filings

Anybody know whether or not I have to pay the state e-file fee twice if I moved during 2012?
Is the fee imposed by the software company or by the government? I.e. If I were to do my taxes on pen and paper, would I have to pay a state filing fee?

Re: Car Registration Dilemma

Lol yep. When I moved to CA, I had to pay and additional ~$300 to register my car to make up for the huge difference in sales tax rates between CA and my previous state. << I think this is only true for cars that were purchased within 12 months of moving.

Leading vs. Trailing green arrow at traffic intersections

Anyone here have a good idea as to why some cities have a leading green left arrow, and some have a trailing green left arrow at traffic intersections?
