Re: Refrigerator problem

I cleaned off the coils a couple months ago when I replaced the run capacitor and start device. Last night, I put the thermometer in the freezer. After the compressor kicked off, it stood at 2 degrees. After a couple of hours or so of not kicking back on, it was at 20 degrees. Whenever I notice temp...

Refrigerator problem

I've been having problems with my fridge temp creeping toward 50 degrees at times. This morning, I slightly adjusted the temperature control knob (which is currently sitting at the recommended level - "3" on the 1 to 5 scale). Right now, it has been running ever since I got home from work ...

Help, one of the spray heads come completely out of the ground (Hunter brand). Does anyone know if this is a simple fix, maybe simply screw it back in, or does this mean I need to replace the head?

Help, the handle lever of the door between the house to the garage has come off on the garage side. At first, the lock quit twisting. The next thing we knew, the handle came off. Tree stump removal

In January, high winds snapped a 5-year-old tree in my backyard in half, leaving a two-foot stump. I believe it was an ash. I think that it had already been weakened, as it lost its leaves early last summer. The stump is roughly 5 or 6 inches in diameter. Any recommendations in how to go about remov...

Form 8606 - Figuring Roth IRA Basis

Good Friday to everyone, Last year, I took my very first distribution from a Roth IRA (a small $2,300 amount at age 40). I have had a Roth since they were first offered in 1998, I believe it was. I have five figures in VFSTX (investor shares) within my six figure traditional IRA. I was thinking that I would qualify to convert these shares to admiral (VFSUX). However, I do not see this option on the Vanguard website. Could someone please confirm the qualifications?

Does this potentially indicate an electical wiring connection problem at one of the valves?

From what I just read on another board,

The Federal Schedule A deduction for the Pass-Through Payment is only allowed if the trustee made the payment on or before 12/31/09. Just because it is on the K-1-T does not mean it was paid on or before 12/31/09.

I plan to check with the trustee.
