DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union) is pretty good. Never had a problem and they don't take the money out until it is cashed if they have to send a check. Though honestly I prefer the money out when I send it... less chance of me forgetting about a check sent if I don't see the money in my account......

I would just use these items as negotiation for a higher salary. The salary is probably the most important thing anyways since bonuses and future raises are based on it whereas the 401k and stock options are unlikely to change and not going to increase.

For those suggesting walgreens etc. assuming you just want a generic adjustable cane amazon is far far cheaper even considering next day shipping. They are $12 on amazon (call it $20 with next day shipping) and $30-$40 at walgreens etc.
