What if they originally sued the GP business. Do you then have a case for a charging order or other form of seizure on LLC assets OR does the LLC provide enough protection where only the GP is at risk?

I have heard the exchange rate premium is lower when exchanging in the UK, that is why I am waiting. I have enough GBP spending cash for the first couple days. The rate charged at the ATM is excessive since my bank has no affiliates in the UK.

Once in London, can anyone recommend the most cost efficient way to exchange USD to GBP. I do not have a Capital One credit card nor will I get one before I leave. My AMEX charges 2.75% I have heard Post Offices there give good rates? What about a particular bank other than BofA?

Assuming I live in a state with weak Asset Protection for 529 plan, can I establish a 529 plan in a state such as Florida and receive that state's 529 protection even though I am a non-resident of Florida.

Is it possible to go to another state and purchase an annuity and receive the annuity protection of that state assuming you are the resident of another state? For example, traveling to Florida to purchase the annuity and getting the Florida annuity "protection" for asset protection purposes.
