Not sure it's worth the time or the bigger issue is the work experience all to sell crappy products which exactly what I don't want to do for any amount of money.

Mother received the notice of garnishment on October 28th, dated October 25th. The funds were removed on the 25th.

You can't use a Target Retirement fund inside the 529 account. They have their own investment options .
