I've never heard of a plan that allows in-service rollovers of pre-tax money before age 59.5 I have heard of taking out a $50,000 loan from a 401(k) in order to invest in a low-fee place with better investment options in order to stiff the 401(k) plan out of fees. Your best bet is to rent a car for all the days or a couple of days.

Public transit down here is awful. Not tourist friendly.

Stay on Miami Beach if you can. Not much around the airport area.

Mother received the notice of garnishment on October 28th, dated October 25th. The funds were removed on the 25th.
