Agree if you're bogleheading already its not all that special. I got free Turbo Tax which I use. Other than that I think my rep tries to call once a year and I probably don't answer.

2012 Honda Odyssey with automatic sliding door and bach hatch. Has been awesome for us so far. Do not spring for the CD player on the ceiling thing...we bought two handheld DVD players for 40 bucks a piece and some decent headphones, and the kids can take those on an airplane or inside the house too!

I tried to bail on my wife's 15K as well, but we didn't know the exact password and failed one of the security questions so the access is locked. Bust your butt now while you are young and reimbursements are decent. Save hard for a few years and payoff loans and invest. Set a goal like having 1 or 2 million saved by 40 and go for it. That way if and when medicine tanks you'll be insulated. You'll also be in the position to work less, move som...

We have tile but it looks just like wood, and many people say they like our wood floors. They are amazed when we tell them its tile.
I think it is made by a Finish company but cannot remember the specific name. Our kitchen floors take a lot of abuse with 2 kids under age 4.

We built a house 2 years ago and used a draftsman not an architect.

I have this account. I think it costs me $50 a year or something like that. I buy only the Vanguard ETF BND (total bond market) or VTI (total stock market) with it. Seems to work well other than Schwab is another username/password/account and that gets old.

Opening a Solo 401k for my wife so all her money, after SE taxes, about 13,000, would be tax deferred.

Selling PEP at a gain, and GE at a loss, and funding VTIAX with the proceeds, thus closing out an old Schwab brokerage account.

Opening Nevada Vanguard 529s for my 2 kids.

I think I'd have to pay $5.50 a month then to have the extra $5000 in an ETF such as Total Stock Index.
Even doing that though you come out a little ahead...$5000 at 1.8% yeild for Total Stock is $90, the $5.50 x 12 months come out to be $66. Correct?

oriental rugs

I am looking purchase at least 1 oriental rug. We need a 6x9 rug for our foyer/entrance way. May get a 9x12 for our dining room.
Does anyone know anything about this or have a recommendation as a place to get one? online or at a oriental rug store?

I think it all ended up costing me about 4500. Felt it was better to fund the HSA and let it grow...that being said you could...
